Small Groups
- Individuals - 1 hour = $120-125
- Couples - 1.25 hours = $145-150
Small Groups
- $40 - $50 per session (pay in full for group at start)
- Max 6 persons per group
- PTSD/Trauma Group 6 sessions/6 weeks, Saturdays, $240, limit 4-6 persons

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please give at least 24 hours notice. This helps me provide service to others in need who are waiting for appointments. Thank you for your consideration!
Please note that if you plan to use your insurance:
- If you do not have insurance, do not want to use your insurance, or the services you want are not covered by your insurance plan, you are welcome to use the fee for service option
- The duration of your session and number of covered sessions are typically limited by the contract with and authorizations of your insurance company/managed care organization
- Plans rarely cover couple/marital therapy
- Plans typically pay for approximately 50-minute sessions
- Depending on your plan, a co-pay and deductible often apply
- I recommend that you check with your insurance company to learn what your plan covers
- For PPO plans, I can provide you with a statement you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement
- For information about your insurance plan's Out of Network (OON) benefits, and your eligibility for reimbursement for all or part of your fee, please contact your insurance company
- Your insurance company and other third party payers are given information they request regarding services to clients, such as diagnosis, progress notes and treatment progress. I have no control or knowledge over what insurance companies do with the information submitted, or who will access the information. Submitting a mental health invoice for reimbursement carries a certain amount of risk to confidentiality, privacy, or to future eligibility to obtain health or life insurance. Companies’ computers are inherently vulnerable to break-ins and unauthorized access, and accessibility is always in question. Medical data has been reported to have been sold, stolen, or accessed by enforcement agencies. Please consider any future ramifications for you/your child with regard to employment, military service, running for office, health coverage, life insurance, litigation, etc.
